In general, all files would be covered by a *.ciditools.com wildcard but here are the specific domains that files will load from:

designtools.ciditools.com (CSS and JavaScript)
files.ciditools.com (the Font-Awesome Icons, Institution specific banner images, and other assorted files)
multitool.ciditools.com (Multi-Tool and legacy Upload/Embed Image tool)
uei.ciditools.com (the new Upload/Embed Image tool)
