Some users may encounter this error when publishing courses with ReadyGO:

"Publishing this course failed, please try again.  Contact Cidi Labs if this issue continues."

If you receive this error, please verify that the ReadyGO role has proper permissions set. Canvas recently changed the naming conventions for their roles, which may have affected the proper creation of your ReadyGO role.

To check this:
  1. Go to the account (or sub-account) where ReadyGO is installed
  2. Click Permissions
  3. Click the Account Roles tab
  4. Find the ReadyGO role
  5. Verify it has "Manage courses - publish" selected.  If not, select this option and save.
