3/28/2024: System-wide database outage

We are currently experiencing a System-wide outage that is affecting all Cidi Labs tools.

7:47AM Mountain Time: We were made aware this morning that the DesignPLUS sidebar is not saving user settings and that there is an SQL error for all LTI tools (Multi-Tool, Upload/Embed Image tool, UDOIT, TidyUP, ReadyGO, and Cidiscape). This is due to an outage in our Database, and our developers are investigating this issue in real time. 8:36AM Mountain Time: We were able to resolve the issue and the database is back up.  All LTI tools (Multi-Tool, Upload/Embed Image tool, UDOIT, TidyUP, ReadyGO, and Cidiscape) are now functioning and the DesignPLUS Sidebar is saving user settings properly too.
