To make sure you always have the most up-to-date guidance, we continually revise the Cidi Labs User and Admin Guides. For this reason, they aren’t distributed as Canvas Commons or Course Export packages.
While there have been requests to make the Cidi Labs User and Admin Guides available through Canvas Commons or as a Canvas Course Export Package, we do not provide them to institutions to import into their Canvas courses.
The Cidi Labs User Guides are consistently updated for accuracy and consistency with the functionality of the Cidi Labs tools. There are multiple releases for our tools, and so if we were to provide an export, the documentation would be out of date after a few weeks or months.
As a workaround, we recommend linking to the User and Admin Guides. This way, any dynamic changes are accounted for in your institution's documentation.
