You can integrate the SCORM files into an assignment or page an an iFrame.
SCORM files typically require users to edit the file in the source program, such as Articulate. You can integrate the SCORM files into an assignment or page for users to access within a Canvas course.
Because of limitations using SCORM files, we have had other customers design their Homepage, Student Instruction page(s), and Help module using DesignPLUS and then integrating their SCORM file as a Canvas Page or Assignment.
This gives you the ability to use the SCORM file you already have and elevate the other content in your Canvas course using DesignPLUS.
Essentially SCORM files get pulled into Canvas pages as an iFrame. There are some files that are only added to a Module list as a link in which case DesignPLUS can't touch it at all. But if the SCORM files are just iframes, then users can add DesignPLUS around the iFrame like any other iFrame. This can be done using the Embed tool. For more information, you can check out our User Guide: Embedding.
