No, turning on both Sortable Rubrics in DesignPLUS and the Enhance Rubrics in your Canvas account will only result in Enahnced Rubrics functioning, as Sortable Rubrics are only compatible with the original Canvas Rubrics.
Currently, Sortable Rubrics in DesignPLUS do not function if the Canvas Enahced Rubrics are enabled in the Canvas account. This is because Sortable Rubrics were built before Enhanced Rubrics and were not originally built to function with Enhanced Rubrics.
If your institution enables Enhanced Rubrics at the account-level, the DesignPLUS Sortable Rubrics functionality will no longer work.

If you'd like to wait to enable Enhanced Rubrics while the tool is in beta, you can keep Sortable Rubrics enabled.
