How do I include New Quizzes when using the Module Builder in the DesignPLUS Multi-Tool?

You can create a New Quiz template, then add it as an Assignment while using the Module Builder.

While working with the DesignPLUS Multi-Tool, you may have noticed that the Module Builder and Template Builder do not seem to have an option to add New Quizzes. However, because the New Quizzes LTI tool creates an Assignment in Canvas, you can add a New Quiz template as an Assignment in the Module Builder.

Create a New Quiz template

Start by creating a New Quiz that contains all of the settings you want to use in every module. We recommend not including questions on this template, unless you have questions that will appear on every quiz.

Add your template to a new module pattern

In the Module Builder, select Assignment from the Add Items menu. Then, in the Assignment Templates dropdown, select your New Quiz template. You will now have a copy of this New Quiz in each module that you create using the Module Builder.
