How do I "undo" the manual resolution of UDOIT issues that were incorrectly marked as resolved?

This can be fixed in UDOIT at the course-level, but it has to be done one issue at a time.

If it is discovered that items in a course were manually marked as "resolved" when, in fact, the issue is still one of concern, a user can remove the resolved status. This must be done at the course-level, within UDOIT, and each issue must be individually addressed.

To do this, you will:

  1. Open UDOIT in the course.

  2. Select UFIXIT from the navigation at the top.

  3. Adjust the filters to show only Resolved issues.

  4. Select the "Review" button for any issue that should not, in fact, be marked as resolved.

  5. Inside the "Manual Resolution" box, uncheck the "I confirm this content has been reviewed and is accessible" box.

  6. Select "Next Issue" to proceed.

  7. Repeat steps 5-6 as necessary.
