What is a Quick View?

A saved combination of column order and visibility settings that can be applied to a Batch of courses to view specific sets of data.

A Quick View is a saved combination of column order and visibility settings, with or without filters.

Once created, Quick Views can be applied to Batches of courses to quickly change the data that is being displayed for those courses.

A Quick View Applied to a Batch

In the example below, we see a Quick View applied to a Batch of Language courses. The Quick View includes columns to view the following data:

  • Whether or not the Canvas course has been published
  • The percent of of DesignPLUS content being used
  • The number of errors UDOIT has found in the course
  • The number of unused files that TidyUP has found in the course
