Why are some courses in my account not visible on the Courses tab in UDOIT Admin?

While the Courses tab in UDOIT Admin provides useful and actionable reports on courses for admins at the subaccount and root account levels, courses not previously scanned by users at the course-level will not appear in these reports.

First Step to Viewing Courses in UDOIT Admin 

In order for individual courses within an account to be viewable in the Courses tab of UDOIT Admin, users at the course-level need to have opened the UDOIT tool for that particular course at least once.

When a user opens UDOIT for the first time within a course, a full scan of all of that courses's Canvas content and files will automatically begin. Once complete, this initial scan will provide the data necessary for displaying that specific course in the Courses tab within UDOIT Admin. 

Still Can't See the Course (or Courses) You're Looking For?

In the event that you are still unable to view all of the courses within a particular account even after having verified that UDOIT has been used to scan those courses, you may also try utilizing the "include courses from sub-accounts" setting in the UDOIT Admin filters (if it is not already selected).

To access this setting, you will need to select the Filters button at the top right of your screen (within any tab in UDOIT Admin). Then you will simply select the check box next to "include courses from sub-accounts."
