      Why can't Observers see the ObservEd LTI?

      If an Observer is enrolled as a Student in the ObservEd course, and they do not see the ObservEd LTI, the Developer Key needs to be updated.

      To make it so Observers who are enrolled as students in ObservEd, the following steps will allow them to see the ObservEd LTI in the ObservEd course:

      1. Go to the Developer Keys
      2. Edit the ObservEd LTI key
      3. Under Configure, change the "method" to "Paste JSON"
      4. Find the line that says `"visibility": "admins",`
      5. Change the word "admins" to "public" so the line reads `"visibility": "public",`
      6. Select Save

      This should only be an issue for early beta testers, so please contact support@cidilabs.com if your institution was not part of the beta test.
