If an "OAuth Error!" occurs while trying to authorize the Task Runner using the LTI, try opening ReadyGO or Cidiscape in a new tab to authorize the tool.

If you follow the steps to authorize the Task Runner and experience an error, or the authorization does not complete from the LTI tool, this is due to a Canvas SSO issue. We recommend using the browser for authorizing the task runner rather than using the LTI iframe.

While it may work to authorize the Task Runner using the LTI, there may be some Canvas SSO issues. Reauthorizing using the app outside of Canvas using the following links will resolve any errors:
- If only Cidiscape is installed in your Canvas instance:
- cidiscape.ciditools.com
- apac.cidiscape.ciditools.com (APAC region)
- If ReadyGO is installed in your Canvas instance:
- rg.ciditools.com
- apac.rg.ciditools.com (APAC region)
