If courses haven't been scanned in the account since enabling the UDOIT scoring feature, UDOIT will show 100% for the account accessibility score. Start scanning courses in the account using UDOIT, and the UDOIT scorecard will start populating.
The UDOIT Account Accessibility Score will display 100% until courses are scanned in UDOIT. Likewise, the Institutional Scorecard will only show data after courses are scanned.
To fix this, ensure that courses have been scanned in UDOIT to get data to appear. A great way to expedite this process is to batch scan multiple courses with UDOIT, using Cidiscape or ReadyGO.
Next, ensure the Filters include courses from the sub-account. To check this, select Filters in the top-right of the UDOIT Admin view and check the box "Include courses from sub-accounts."
