Why does TidyUP say my file is 'Used In' UDOIT?

Files created as part of UDOIT's file conversion process will display UDOIT under 'Used In' rather than a Canvas page location.

The Used In column in TidyUP typically displays a link to the Canvas page where the file appears, but sometimes you will see 'UDOIT' in this column instead.

This occurs when you have used UDOIT to convert files or create alternate formats. UDOIT automatically creates an Alternate Files folder in Canvas to store the converted files, as well as files created as part of the conversion process. When TidyUP encounters files stored in this Alternate Files folder, it considers them 'in use' by UDOIT. Additionally, if you have Student Access enabled, these alternate files will be available to your students.
To view these files, you can access your Alternate Files folder under the Folders tab in TidyUP. From there, you will be able to move, delete, or rename the files as needed (if you have determined that they are not in use).
