If you do not see the Select All button, the screen is likely too small, as the screen is built to be responsive. Increasing the screen size will allow you to select all courses.
If you do not see the option to select while adding courses to a Batch, the screen is likely too small.
There are a few ways to increase the widow to have the ability to select all courses in the LTI:
- Hide the left-hand navigation by selecting the hamburger menu in the top-left
- For some devices, hiding the left-hand navigation increases the LTI size, allowing users to see the Select All dropdown.
- Decrease the Zoom on your browser
- Most browsers allow you to zoom in and out. This can be done by customizing the browser controls/settings and increasing/decreasing the zoom or using keyboard controls to increase/decrease the zoom.
- If your current Window is minimized, increase the size of the Window on your device
- If the current window is super small on your device, try increasing the Window size by making it fullscreen or increasing the width of the window.
If you are unable to get the width of the LTI to increase, we recommend accessing the tool in its own window. To do this, select the kebab menu in the top-right and select Open in New Tab.
