Do TAs have access to UDOIT?

Yes! If your UDOIT Admin Settings allow it and TAs are granted the correct permissions for UDOIT, they can use the tool at the course level.

For TAs to access UDOIT, they must have the default course role of TA or a Canvas role with the Canvas Base Type of TA. This is because the default TA course role has the ability to edit course content.

Next, the Teaching Assistant role will need to be granted course-level UDOIT Access through the UDOIT Admin Settings. For step-by-step instructions on how to grant the TA course-level access in UDOIT, see the Security tab in the UDOIT Admin Guide: Settings.
