Error Message when Adding Users in Cidiscape

I get the error "There was an error with the following identifiers and users were not created" while trying to add users in Cidiscape.

If you get an error message while adding Users in Cidiscape, it is because you do not have root admin permission in Canvas. There are two approaches for sub-account admins to add users in Cidiscape.

Approach 1:

Send a list of users to Account Admins and ask them to add the users in Cidiscape

Approach 2:

Have the user sign into Cidiscape. When they authorize, it will automatically create them as a regular user in Cidiscape.

After either of the above approaches, you will be able to edit the users in Cidiscape and assign them to teams.
