At this time, customers do not have regular access to DesignPLUS usage data reporting for their institution. We are working toward making this data available in our Admin Tool that is currently in development. For the time being, you are welcome to contact us at support@cidilabs.com with a request for basic usage data, including:
- Number of LTI users (Multi-tool and Upload/Embed Image tool)
- Number of RCE users (Design Tools sidebar)
These numbers are based solely on the amount of users that have authorized the tools. This number does not reflect frequency or recency of use, nor does it contain names, emails, or logins of the users.
Also, we do not have any means to count the number of pages or courses that use DesignPLUS.
