How do I change the name of the UDOIT LTI app?

Canvas admins can use the Developer Keys tool to edit the app name.

After install, the app will be called "UDOIT" by default in the course menu, but institutions can customize the name however they see fit.

Follow these steps to change the name:

  1. From the account admin menu, select Developer Keys.
  2. In Account Keys, locate the UDOIT LTI key.
  3. Select the pencil icon to edit the key.
  4. Scroll down and select Course Navigation to expand more options. (If Course Navigation does not appear, make sure the Method is set to Manual Entry.)
  5. In the Text input, you can now change the name of the app as it will appear in courses.
  6. Select Save in the bottom right to apply changes.
