      What are the options for installing Cidiscape?

      Follow these instructions to install Cidiscape on your own, or sign up for an installation session with Cidi Labs.

      Self-Installation

      Installing Cidiscape is relatively simple, so we've made it possible to do on your own if you so choose.  Below are instructions for installing using either our US or APAC (Asia Pacific) servers 

      Guided Installation

      If you prefer to have Cidi Labs walk you through the installation, you can submit a request on our support page.

      Who needs to complete the installation?

      A Canvas root account admin who has access to the developer keys and can masquerade as other users must be present to install the tool.
