How do I reset my Support Portal credentials?
If you are experiencing difficulty accessing the Support Portal, complete the following steps:
- Visit https://support.cidilabs.com/_hcms/mem/reset/request
- Enter your email address and click "Send Reset Email"
This will send a password reset email to you and allow you to get back into the system.
