      How do I reset my Support Portal credentials?

      If you are experiencing difficulty accessing the Support Portal, complete the following steps:
      1. Visit https://support.cidilabs.com/_hcms/mem/reset/request
      2. Enter your email address and click "Send Reset Email"
      This will send a password reset email to you and allow you to get back into the system.
