      How do I resolve the missing LTI parameters error in ReadyGO?

      Make sure your browser allows third party cookies

      The text of this error in ReadyGO is:

      ERROR: Missing LTI parameters.  Please launch tool from Canvas.

      The error message may be related to your browser settings.  If you have 3rd party cookies disabled in your browser or you are using Chrome incognito or Safari, then try using a normal Chrome window with 3rd party cookies enabled and see if that resolves it.  You can also try the toggle to allow third-party cookies in the Chrome incognito browser.  If this doesn't work, please contact support@cidilabs.com and we may need to schedule a troubleshooting call.
