How does TidyUP work with third party integrations like Blackboard Ally?

TidyUp does not guarantee support for any third party plugins.

TidyUP has been designed to work with Canvas files using the Canvas API.  We only support the Canvas LMS and cannot guarantee TidyUP will support any third party plugins.  

If users discover errors in TidyUP related to third party integrations like Blackboard Ally, they should contact support@cidilabs.com to report the error.  While we cannot guarantee resolution of the issue, our support staff will certainly take a look at the problem and help as best we can.
