How do I authorize Cidiscape if I cannot act as the Cidiscape Task Runner in Canvas?

Log in directly as the Task Runner user, unless SSO is a limitation.

The recommended method for Task Runner reauthorization is for a Canvas admin to masquerade as the Task Runner user in Canvas. If you're not a Canvas admin, you can ask your admin for the Task Runner's login credentials and log into Canvas as the Task Runner user.

However, some institutions use single sign-on (SSO), which prevents direct login as another user account. If your institution uses SSO and you cannot log in as the Task Runner, you will need to ask your Canvas admin to masquerade as the user and perform the reauthorization.
