First, verify that the Cidiscape inherited developer key is enabled in the LMS.
Next, verify that you have an institution admin role in Cidiscape. (The person at each institution who completes the Cidiscape installation will automatically be added as a Cidiscape institution admin.) If you do not have the institution admin role in Cidiscape, another institution admin can update your role or you can reach out to support@cidilabs.com to have your role updated.
Finally, check that your details (email address; LMS ID) are correct in Cidiscape.
If all of the items above are true and you are still unable to add the Cidiscape Task Runner to Cidiscape, you will need to reach out to support@cidilabs.com for assistance. Please be sure to provide your institution's LMS domain and vanity URLs if applicable.
