This article offers one possible cause/solution for the following error that may occur when trying to load the ReadyGO LTI tool in the ReadyGO Development Tracker course:
ERROR: Missing institution. Please contact Cidi Labs support.Error: Constructor requires a secret or database information.
One possible cause of this error is that the Consumer Key and Shared Secret in your ReadyGO app configuration do not match the values stored in our database. If you suspect this may be the case, you can copy or screenshot the Consumer Key and Shared Secret values from your app configuration and send them to support@cidilabs.com.
We will compare the values from your app to the values in our database and if there is a discrepancy, we can send you the values from the database to update your app. Syncing these values will resolve the error and allow you to launch ReadyGO.
