01-31-2019: "Error Retrieving Content" message with Upload/Embed Image tool

If you are receiving this error message when attempting to open the U/EI tool, try turning off your extensions to see if this corrects the issue. If the tool returns to working order, try turning your extensions on a couple at a time to find the culprit. We've had two institutions contact us regarding this error this week and for all users, Grammarly was the extension causing the error.
