06-29-2020: Upload/Embed Image Tool in Chrome

There is currently an issue when using the Upload/Embed Image tool in Chrome. Canvas will launch the tool once but then opening it again results in a spinning wheel. The spinning wheel is coming from Canvas and the issue is not limited to UEI but also extends to some of the other rich content editor LTI tools we have tested. We have reached out to Canvas about the issue but until they get it resolved, we recommend using a different browser, such as Firefox, if you need to use UEI.

Since this issue is not specific to Cidi Labs products, it's a Canvas vs. Chrome issue, we do not have control over when the issue will be fixed.
