What effect do Team Roles have on a user's permissions?

Read Only

A team member with the role of Read Only is a ReadyGO User who can view course data for the courses they have access to, plus view any checklists, tasks, comments, and chat in ReadyGO related to those courses. They will not have the permission to assign checklists to courses, or users to tasks, and will not be able to edit the status of any courses in ReadyGO. 

Can Edit

The Can Edit team role includes the ability to view all of the information that a Read Only team member can view but also includes the ability to make several changes including the ability to: 

  • add/remove courses for Batches to which their Team has been assigned
  • assign Checklists to courses
  • assign Users to courses
  • comment on Tasks
  • publish/unpublish courses
  • send chat or messages to instructors

Is Admin

Team members with the role type Is Admin will have all of the viewing and editing permissions as the Read Only and Can Edit roles, but will also have the added ability to add or remove members of the team, as well as edit the existing team member's roles.
