What happens when a UDOIT user manually resolves an issue?

Issues marked as resolved are skipped in future scans. You can filter the UFIXIT tab to show all manually resolved issues.

If a user manually marks an issue as resolved, it will not show up in future scans. When you mark something as resolved, a class is added to the HTML around that issue that tells UDOIT to skip the issue in the future.

If you would like to review manually resolved issues in a course, follow the steps below:

  1. Once in UDOIT, select the UFIXIT tab.
  2. Check the dashboard header at the top of the page to determine if any issues have been manually resolved.
  3. If issues have been manually resolved, select the Filter button.
  4. Under Issue Status, select "Resolved Issues." This will filter the UFIXIT results, allowing you to review the manually resolved issues individually.
