      Why can't I delete the course Front Page using TidyUP?

      The course Front or Home Page cannot be deleted using TidyUP because Canvas does not allow the front page to be deleted.

      If you find you cannot delete a page, confirm whether or not it is the course Front or Home page. To check this, 

      1. Open the course pages
      2. Find the page you want to delete
      3. The page will have Front Page indicated

      remove_as_front_page_If you would like to delete this page, 

      1. Open the course pages

      2. Select the kebab menu on the same row of the Front Page

      3. Select Remove as Front Page

      4. Now, the page can be deleted using TidyUP

       

      If you cannot delete a page in TidyUP and it is not the Front Page, our support team can troubleshoot further. Please email support@cidilabs.com if you have any questions or run into any issues.
