The font size may change slightly if the Upgrade tool is used on a page built with the legacy sidebar. This is due to changes in best practices for web development.
The new DesignPLUS sidebar uses dynamic rem font sizes instead of fixed px font sizes. This makes the fonts more accessible for users who need to adjust their default font sizes in a browser.
If you would like to change the font size in your Canvas instance, we recommend adjusting the font size in the Canvas Theme CSS.
What if a font is removed from the Introduction Content Block?
We received mixed feedback about the lead style in the first paragraph of the kl_introduction Content Block for the legacy sidebar. Our developers decided to remove this default style, so the Upgrade tool will remove this style upon using the Upgrade tool.
If you would like to keep the lead style in your Canvas instance, please let us know at support@cidilabs.com. We will provide the necessary CSS to enable this font in the first paragraph of the introduction Content Block.
You can also manually apply this style to any paragraph by adding a lead class using the Attributes tool.
