Why does TidyUP tell me "Authentication problem: Access Denied"?

Check the inherited developer key for TidyUP and ensure it is on.

This error has been seen when customers do not have the inherited key for TidyUP enabled.  To check on the key:

  1. Go to the root account admin screen and click on Developer Keys in the menu.
  2. Go to the Inherited tab at the top.
  3. Click the Show All Keys button at the bottom of the list of inherited keys.
  4. Find the key called "Cidi Labs TidyUP"
  5. If it is off, turn it on and try running TidyUP again.  If it is already on, contact support@cidilabs.com for further troubleshooting.
