      Why is the course SIS ID column empty in Cidiscape?

      The course SIS ID requires the Cidiscape Task Runner role to have a specific permission.

      Cidiscape has a Column that includes the course SIS ID. If the column is empty, the Cidiscape Task Runner role most likely does not have the correct permissions set to view this information.

      To enable the Course SIS ID column,

      1. Go to the root or sub-account Admin view where the Cidiscape Task Runner role was created
      2. Select Permissions in the Account Navigation Menu
      3. Under Account Roles, locate the Cidiscape Task Runner role
      4. Enable the permission SIS Data - read

      Once the permission has been added to the Cidiscape Task Runner user, try rescanning any current batches with the missing data in the SIS ID column.
