Why won't my page save?

Occasionally we receive support tickets from users not being able to save pages. From our experience, regardless if you are working with DesignPLUS or not, this is due to a bad email link. When the link is malformed, Canvas has issues. Verify that all of your email links are valid addresses. If the problem persists, please send us a support ticket and include the HTML for your page.
