Why are some of my customizations missing from the sidebar?

If there are multiple of the same Customizations page in a course, the DesignPLUS sidebar will use the most recently created page.

Customizations that Reside on a Single Page

For many customizations (i.e., Content Blocks, Themes, HTML Snippets), DesignPLUS only allows a single page to house each type of Customization. While we have plans to allow multiple pages for these Customizations in the sidebar, currently, these customizations can only reside on a single page.

Troubleshooting Steps

If you find you are only seeing some of the Customizations that reside on a single page,

1. Go to the course where the customizations are housed
2. Open the course pages
3. Check that there aren't multiple of the same customizations page in the course

If multiple of the same customization pages exist, decide which page you want to use, and unpublish or delete the extra pages.

1. The pages are published
2. The pages are not housed in an unpublished Module
3. The course pages are in the course Navigation
